manu chao

This is a song my professor used to teach us some informal Spanish. This guy is pretty famous all over the Spanish-speaking world. I wasn’t really impressed with him, until I watched the video (awesome) and learned that he speaks and records songs in 5 or 6 different languages. Here, that’s called polĂ­glota. Take that Justin Timberlake.

  1. I like the music. Don't understand a word of it, maybe you could translate sometime. Btw, I like your post about language being important. It's why people fall in love with you so quickly. You have a genuine interest in others...their interests, culture, even their language. It's incredibly flattering for the people you meet. But despite your intense interest in others, it doesn't take over your identity. I can't wait to read more. Keep posting!
